TPM TECHNOPARK SDN BHD  the  merger of Johor Technopark Sdn Bhd and Total Project Management

Sdn Bhd took place on 16 Nov, 2001. The core Business activities of the Company is project management

and marketing of industrial property.

 

THE COMPANY's has involved itself in the formulation and implementation of the State's Industrialization Programme since 1970s. Currently, it has already developed and managed 32 Industrial Estates covering an area of almost 5,000 hectares throughout the state of Johor.

 

THE COMPANY's represents a comprehensive mix of disciplines including architecture, planning, interior design, landscape architecture, project management and marketing.

 

THE COMPANY's has successfully completed over 250 religious schools, hotels, 'surau' and other projects all over Johor.

 

TEH COMPANY's resources are being expanded and structured to address strategic global markets, quality management compliance (ISO9001:2000) and R & D in architecture.

 

THE COMPANY's received their first certification MS ISO 9002:1994 in 18th September, 1998 with the scope of registration 'Provision of Project Management of Industrial Land Development and Marketing of the Developed Industrial Land'.

 

THE COMPANY's certification was upgraded to MS ISO 9001:2000 in 20th November 2003 with the scope of registration 'Provision of Architectural and Project Management Services and Marketing of Industrial Land'.
