A.F.M. Shafiqul Hafiz
Chairman
A.F.M Shafiqul Hafiz, aged
59, a Bangladeshi and Malaysian Permanent Resident was appointed to the
Board as a Chairman of TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd since January 01st,
2005. Mr. Shafiqul graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in
Civil Engineering from East Pakistan University of Engineering and
Technology, Dhaka in 1967. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in
Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University of Ankara, Turkey
which he obtained in 1971. In 1992, he attended a Senior Management Program
on Public Enterprises at Harvard, USA. He is also registered with the
Institute of Engineers, Australia, as a Chartered Professional Engineer.
Currently, he is a
National Council Member of FIABCI Malaysian Chapter and as President of
FIABCI International’s Residential Property Committee. He has been
appointed as Chief Executive of the Property Development Division of Johor
Corporation since 1991. He is also the Managing Director of Johor Land
Berhad since May 1st, 1989. He also holds directorships in
various other companies within and outside of the Johor Corporation Group

Md.Tamyes Bin Hj.Abdul Rahim
Md. Tamyes, aged 55, a
Malaysian is a Non Independent Non Executive Director. He was appointed to
the Board of TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd on 01st, January 2006. He
graduated from University Malaya in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in
Economics.
He commenced his career at
Johor Corporation in 1974 and has held several positions in subsidiary
companies and Divisions in the Group. He is currently a Senior General
Manager, Human Resource and Administration Department of Johor Corporation |

Yusof Bin Rahmat
Director/Managing Director
Yusof, aged 49, a
Malaysian was appointed to the Board and as Managing Director of TPM
Technopark Sdn Bhd since 01st January 2002. He holds a Degree in
Civil Engineering from Sheffield University, England in 1980.
He commenced his career at
Johor Corporation in 1980 and has held several positions in subsidiary companies
and Divisions in the Group. He is also a register Graduate Member with
Institute of Engineer Malaysia. |

Md.Shahrodin Bin Md.Yunos
Shahrodin, aged 48, a
Malaysian was appointed to the Board since 01st January 2007. He holds a
Advanced Diploma in
Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi MARA in 1984.
He commenced his career at
Johor Corporation in 1985. He is currently a General Manager, Land Services in
Johor Corporation.

Cik Shekhah Binti Mohd
Salleh
Shekhah, aged 40, a
Malaysian is a Non Independent Non Executive Director. She was first
appointed to the Board of TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd on 29th June
2006. She graduated from International Islamic University, Kuala Lumpur
with a Bachelor Degree in Law in1993.
She commenced her career
at Johor Corporation in 1996 as Legal Executive and has worked in subsidiary
companies within the Group. She is currently the Deputy Manager, Legal
Department in Johor Corporation |
